Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze customer experiences across WOWPASS payment/travel services
- Create and curate English-language content on payment, mobility, and lifestyle topics
- Operate and manage WOWPASS’s global social media channels
- Translate and refine English UX copy in the mobile/web environment
- Lead engagement strategies and assist with offline/online global marketing campaigns
- Contribute to event ideation and storytelling content for English-speaking customers
Qualifications
- Native English speaker (or equivalent fluency from U.S., UK, Canada, etc.)
- Strong interest in customer-first service design
- Understanding of Korean business context and app ecosystem preferred
- Hands-on attitude with ability to build, test, and iterate content quickly
- Creative and independent thinker with strong content writing/editing skills
Preferred
- Prior experience in tourism, fintech, or global marketing
- Familiarity with travel payment services and digital UX
- Comfortable using Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok
