Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and supporting Japanese users
- Translate in-app content and community FAQs from Korean to Japanese
- Support CS response in Japanese for app store reviews and email inquiries
- Research Japanese user trends and feedback
- Help operate and plan small community campaigns for the Japanese market
- Monitor community behavior and content
Qualifications
- Interested in Japanese language, culture, and user behavior
- Native or fluent Japanese speaker (JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent)
- Able to communicate in Korean (reading or speaking at working level)
- Passionate about community-driven mobile services
- Familiar with mobile apps, customer feedback, and content localization
