Job Descriptions
Global Product Strategy & Campaigns
- Assist in planning, developing, and launching global products
- Execute global marketing communications (PR, advertisements, influencer campaigns)
Market Insight & Trend Analysis
- Monitor beauty trends and competitor movements in the global/U.S. market
- Support customer insight research and cultural trend tracking
Global Customer Engagement
- Help shape marketing messages and content strategy for global Gen Z audiences
- Collaborate with design/content teams to reflect local preferences and creativity
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Korean (TOPIK level 4 or higher required)
- Holds or eligible for visa: D-2, D-10, E-7, F-series (no restrictions on GPA or major)
- Graduation status:
- Bachelor’s degree holders or
- Expected graduates by February 2025
- Must be legally eligible to work and travel internationally
- Must be able to participate in a 6-month internship
Preferred Traits:
- Experience living in the U.S. or deep familiarity with American culture
- Background or interest in arts/design (art majors welcome!)
- Knowledge of global beauty platforms and Gen Z trends
- Experience managing or creating content for global TikTok/Instagram accounts
- Collaboration experience with influencers or creative teams
